Currently engrossed in Steve Martin’s Heavy Hitter Selling. Great read for anyone who has to face a prospect.

The site is worth checking out as well. I found the 10 Tips to Increase Sales Whitepaper to be right on target. I hate to admit it, but I learned most of these tips the hard way.
