Behavioral Interviewing is becoming more common and is based on the concept that the most accurate predictor of future performance is past performance in similar situations.<\/p>\n<p>Below are some &#8220;Tell me about a time when you&#8230;&#8221; questions that will come up in your next interview:<br \/>\n1.\tUsed your political savvy to push a program that you really believed in.<br \/>\n2.\tHad to deal with an irate customer.<br \/>\n3.\tDelegated a project effectively.<br \/>\n4.\tSurmounted a major obstacle.<br \/>\n5.\tSet your sights too high or too low.<br \/>\n6.\tPrioritized the elements of a complicated project.<br \/>\n7.\tGot bogged down in the details of a project.<br \/>\n8.\tLost or won an important contract.<br \/>\n9.\tMade a bad decision.<br \/>\n10.\tHired or fired the wrong person.<\/p>\n<p>Being ready is the best luck.
