I have been using their gear after a chance meeting with the founders. I immediately understood the concept of microloading thanks to course work through USATF. Simply, Kilogear works. My first ruck with Kilogear was 5.5 lbs. heavier than my normal rucks and I crushed a massive PR on my five mile route. From there the improvements keep comming. What is really great about Kilogear is that it is not limited to workouts or high-level athletes. Anybody (youth, women and men) will see benefits. A growing roster of athletes are having tremendous success by training in Kilogear.
