He\u2019s got a very jolly laugh. I don\u2019t think he\u2019s a guy who gets up in the morning and says, \u2018Who can I crush today?\u2019\u201d said Max Effgen, the chief information officer of a small Seattle startup called SuperCritical Technologies.
